Brunswick mobilises its European offices for KNDS IPO

The strategic communications firm has mobilised its offices in Paris, Frankfurt, Berlin and London to manage the Franco-German defence group's IPO. The firm is coordinating the financial communications and public affairs aspects of the sensitive operation, which is expected to value KNDS at nearly €20bn.
